  1. Service Agreement

    1.1 Scope of Services: Mex Services Packers and Movers (“the Company”) agrees to provide packing, moving, loading, unloading, and transportation services as specified in the service order.

    1.2 Service Location: The Company’s services are available throughout Pan India. Any relocation services requested beyond these areas may necessitate additional arrangements and charges.

  2. Booking and Payment

    2.1 Booking Process: To engage our services, the Client is required to complete the booking form with accurate and truthful details. Confirmation of the booking is contingent upon availability and acceptance by the Company.

    2.2 Payment Terms: Payments may be executed via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. Cash payments are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 80% is due on the day of loading, with the final 10% payable upon completion of unloading.

    2.3 Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the scheduled service date.

  3. Responsibilities and Liabilities

    3.1 Customer Responsibilities: The Client bears responsibility for securely packing their belongings unless the Client has contracted the Company to provide packing services. The inclusion of any hazardous or illegal items in the shipment is strictly prohibited.

    3.2 Company Responsibilities: The Company shall exercise reasonable care in handling the Client’s belongings and will ensure their safe transportation to the destination. The Company, however, shall not be liable for any damage resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, traffic accidents, or actions by third parties.

    3.3 Insurance: While the Company strives to handle all goods with care, the Client is advised to procure insurance for their belongings. The Company can facilitate this upon request.

  4. Delays and Changes

    4.1 Delays: The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, or unforeseen mechanical failures.

    4.2 Changes to Service: Any modifications to the service order must be communicated to the Company no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Such changes may incur additional charges.

  5. Claims and Disputes

    5.1 Claims: Any claims for damage or loss must be reported to the Company at the time of service completion during the unpacking process. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.

    5.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising under this Agreement, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the matter amicably. Should an amicable resolution prove impossible, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or adjudicated in a small claims court.

  6. Termination

    6.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate this service agreement at any time, subject to the cancellation provisions outlined in Section 2.3.

    6.2 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate this service agreement at its discretion, particularly in cases involving illegal activity, non-payment, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  7. Privacy Policy

    7.1 Data Collection: The Company collects personal data necessary for the provision of its services, including but not limited to contact information, addresses, and payment details.

    7.2 Data Use: The Company uses personal data solely for the purpose of delivering its services. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

  8. Governing Law

    8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be brought in the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

  9. Amendments

    9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the Company’s website and shall take immediate effect upon posting.
